General Information
Catalog Information

The Undergraduate and Graduate Catalog, published annually in print and Adobe PDF formats, is intended for use by students and faculty at the University. It contains academic policies, regulations, and procedures; descriptions of degree requirements; and a listing and description of all courses. The new edition of the Catalog is released in late June of each year.

The Adobe PDF version of the 2008-2009 Catalog is accessible on DSpace, the University of Delaware Library Institutional Repository. http://dspace.udel.edu:8080/dspace/handle/19716/2675

The document is divided into fully searchable sections.

By using the "search" function in Adobe Acrobat, you will be able to search an entire section for any word/s or phrase/s.

Previous editions of the Catalog are maintained on DSpace and printed versions are available in academic advisement offices.

Faculty or staff who wish to request changes to the text of the Catalog should ask their chair or director to submit their requests during the annual revision period. Note that all substantive changes to degree requirements and academic policies must be approved by the Faculty Senate no later than the March meeting in order to appear in the next edition of the Catalog.

The University of Delaware reserves the right to make changes in the regulations, charges, and curricula listed in this publication at any time without prior notice, although efforts to publicize such changes will be made.
